Spring has sprung! (In store at least!)

This week has seen the shop completely transform into a spring oasis, with our new collections from Weekend by MaxMara and Jumper 1234 adding to the collections from Paul Smith, Marc Cain and many more that we have already started to welcome in store. The shop is filled with spring colours and prints which are becoming a perfect tonic for the world outside the shop, bringing us that much needed joy.

This first drop of the Weekend by MaxMara collection is all about clashing patterns, with florals being juxtaposed with stripes and gingham for a modern take on the floral trend. There's some gorgeous spring knitwear perfect for wearing right now, including a beutiful striped cashmere knit that looks fab layered over a shirt. There's also some great trousers in the collection, from the perfect (and very flattering!) wide legged jean to a khaki trouser with amazing waist detail that look equally as great worn with a knit or a shirt and trainers as they do dressed with a smarter blouse.

We're so pleased with this collection which we think is super versatile and can be adapted to reflect your own personal style, there's some great pieces to update your current wardrobe as well as some standout pieces for those special occassions. Clashing prints were a huge hit in this Weekend by MaxMara collection, the gingham contrasted with florals makes for a fun and stylish look. The drape on this skirt is simply divine, it floats beautifully in person for a very etherial look. Teamed here with a simple pink knit and espadrilles, but can also be worn with the floral shirt to give it the look of a dress, perfect for weddings or christenings.
