From knitwear to partywear, the new arrivals we've been loving this week!

Winter seems to well and truly kicked in this week and it already feels like everyone's starting to think about that big event at the end of December!! This week we've had some gorgeous new arrivals in store that are getting us in the mood for that Christmas countdown, from stunning partywear to luxurious new cashmere arrivals.

The Christmas party season can often feel like a short one, so we find the key to buying something to wear is finding something that won't date and makes you feel amazing. If you focus on the quality of fabrics, the cut and design then your party pieces will come out of your wardrobe year after year- which means no last minute panic buying an outfit that really isn't very 'you'! Our focus at Bishop Phillpott has always been this, to get pieces that you fall in love with and wear year after year, and we so often hear from customers about something they brought from us years ago that they still love to wear.

This week we've had a sprinkling of new styles come in store which are just perfect for this party season and beyond. From sparkly multi coloured sequins that really need to be seen to believe the quality from Weekend by MaxMara, to a new colourway in the ever popular American Vintage Widland skirt as well as beautiful dresses from Pom Amsterdam and Marc Cain, we've picked out some of our favourites for you, and offered a few styling ideas to wear them in different ways to show you their versatility.

We've also had a new cashmere arrivals from British brand Jumper 1234, with bright jewel tones in pinks and oranges to lift the dullest of days and a fantastic wardrobe staple black cashmere jumper which we know will fly out- do pop in to take a look!
